Information of Returns (RMA)

  2. The returns (RMA) if required for new lowers ordered in Aug-Sep 2020 will be available from 9am AEDT March 15th 2021 till 5pm AEST April 30th 2021
  3. The returns process can only be accessed through the website (not the app)
  4. No new order for any item can be ordered through this website
  5. Please leave tags on uniform where possible
  6. Please PRINT the packing slip to place inside the return package, if not connected to a printer, please log back into a computer with a printer connected and go back into “My Returns” and select please print “RMA Packing Slip”
  7. Please do address parcel with the return address on the package to send back adressing the packaging to uniform returns and write your RMA number on the package
  8. Replacement order or any new order are to be ordered through Zycus/MyBuy, the existing internal platform on AP share point.

  10. This website collects data as part of its normal process in order for the customer to place orders and Australia Post to process orders, the data is retrieved or recorded to facilitate this, no data is sent to third parties that are not a part of the order process
